Returns Policy

When you order from a seller your return will be sent back to the product vendor instead of socialfair.com or an affiliate (Influencer store). Vendor return policies may vary. Some items do not qualify for return. For items not on sale, you generally have 30 days after you receive the product to return it, if it meets qualifying criteria including defects, damage, wrong item, or item not as described. After 14 days from receipt of product, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. All returned products must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and all components included. Items that do not meet this criteria may be denied a refund or exchange and may not be shipped back to customer.

Warranty

If you feel that your product is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact socialfair.com at customerservice@socialfair.com or visit socialfair.com/returns.

Exchanges The exchange policy varies for each of the vendors selling on socialfair.com and its affiliates. Some items do not qualify for exchange or return. If you would like to know more about a vendors exchange policy, you can inquire at returns@socialfair.com.

How to Process a Return, Exchange or Warranty In order to process a return you can send an email at returns@socialfair.com or visit socialfair.com/returns. When emailing be sure to include your order number, the item you would like to return and why. Some items do not qualify for return or exchange and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
